Y’all get some rings?

Tournament next weekend in Foley...nothing like paying beach hotel prices to stay at the fields all weekend.

I enjoyed the time my kid played. However; I don't miss it.

A guy at work was just telling me that his nephew's team all received rings for coming in second.

With coding? Why would you do that to them. You have no idea what the economy will be like 20 years from when they are born...I doubt coding will have the same importance as it does now...if it even does now.

My son’s sport also does finalist medals. 7 team bracket this weekend, so top two is pretty good.

Coding is like the modern version of music, where it is an amazing development of the mind and analytical / reasoning. Coding has been economically viable for 40 years, and with our society moving more into technology I don't see how it would be less viable. That's just a secondary benefit though. You can make more money coding than playing chess or sports almost guaranteed.

Yes we upset Mandeville U18 Elite on their home field. It was glorious. Thanks for asking.

Deriving the algorithm is the heavy lifting, studying physics and complex variables...use a math program like MathCad Prime to test your concept. The actual coding, once you know it works, doesn’t seem like skill that would inspire a young mind.

The games didn't start on time so we were there way too late Saturday night, it was cold and miserable, and our team got blown out in three straight games.

Another successful weekend.

Damn, nice. Registered my boy on U19 team this weekend...long shot to make the down select, or much less see the field, but he was invited so there’s no harm in trying.

Games 12:15 and 5:45 on Sat, 9:00 and 2:30 on Sunday. Not much time for the beach.

They say learning music is one of the best ways to build your kid's mind for a professional like coding.

I’m gonna start a single travel ball parents Facebook page so I can cash in some Moma’s during tournament weekends.
