I feel like the whole world is watching us slowly turn into Italy and that’s got to make inferior countries take note.

Anyone else feel like these country-killer viruses will become a more common thing in the future?

the rest of the world has their own problems to deal with right now.

it is always gonna be harder for us to lock shite like this down just due to sheer size/population

everyone knows china made up their numbers

No country can handle a highly contagious virus with a significant mortality rate. It isn't a matter of being weak/strong.

The main deterrent is that a bio weapon can't be controlled. Any country that unleashes something (deliberately or not) is going to suffer.

I guarantee you Winnie the Pooh wishes Covid-19 hadn't happened.

You kidding right. Nobody wants a piece of us. You have no idea our military might compared to the rest of the world do you. Short of nukes being thrown about their is no country in the world that could stand a full blown war with us. I am not talking about the win the hearts and minds bs. Total war is a no go for anyone out there.

I mean it’s not like the idea hadn’t been out there. People aren’t dumb enough to think it would stay in the US. Also the more lethal viruses ironically tend to be easier to control because they burn out a lot quicker.

Yep. I also predict the next "pandemic" will be a computer virus.

You are an idiot if you think countries having their own massive issues with this virus give a shite that we are having the same problems.

What will piss them off more is going to be when the US bounces back faster and stronger than any other country

Ironic how in our culture we believe everything big is dominant and to be feared/respected but this tiny invisible thing is virtually stalling the most powerful country on the planet.

The US will end up with twenty times the infection and mortality rates of any other place on this planet because reasons.

Agreed.

A country founded by people that would die for freedom.

Now a country of people that would gladly give up freedom to live.
