So people who graduate with a 3.8 got extremely lucky and those with a 2.3 are just unlucky?
Perhaps your particular experience is either more subjective to random luck than most people or you happen to write in such a way as to click with those professors.
If law school grading was overly luck based then all GPAs should be very close in the end.

My brother told me that, like other advanced programs/degrees, the weeding out and harder classes take place in the first year, then level out.
