Any bar that's not tigerland, although you could prob snag a girl at Fred's in her early 20s. Just go when LSU is playing baseball.
I'd hit up some of the downtown bars, not sure what's all over there now. Things tind to be more tame in the summer from what I remember.
Oh and the pool. Find a friend that lives in a complex with a pool.
