I had food poisoning once as a kid. My stomach felt extremely hard and painful and I had trouble walking. A lot of things cause stomach upset, not all are contagious.

Getting food poisoning is the worst sickness I have ever had. I was lucky that I had medication available to get me through the puking and shitting but the lingering effects lasted 3 weeks. I even had a long term medical condition that took a long time to get over.

If you sincerely feel like you’re going to die, then it’s food poisoning. “Stomach bugs” are annoying

This!!! At least a stomach bug gives you periods of relief so you can sleep.

I get sick like this once a month. Usually wake up in the morning with sour gas, cold sweats, vomiting and the flying shits. I have narrowed it down to animal fat making me sick. Back in February, I got so sick and dehydrated my organs started shutting down. They sent me from Terrebonne General to NOLA to treat acute kidney failure. I have been put through the ringer, (gallbladder tests, kidney tests, scope, colonoscopy) you name it. They cannot figure out what is wrong with me. So for her sake I hope it is just a stomach bug or food poisoning.

If it is food poisoning, it will be coming out both ends quite a lot. Last time I had it, it was about every 20-30 minutes for 24 hours. After that, you'll be done.

That’s where she’s at. 12 hours of puking/diarrhea every 20-30 minutes.

I would go get some petalite and ride the storm out.
