My neighborhood is just once circle with about 30-35 houses and not a lot of kids. I wish people from other neighborhoods would come, I love handing out candy to kids having fun on Halloween. I don't care where they come from

We just give all the kids candy and say Happy Halloween. I don’t worry about where they’re from.

The guy was a huge history buff.. I can understand that because I’m a huge history buff myself, hell I dressed up as a confederate soldier one year, cap and all. It just as easily could have been me. I did get a good chuckle out of that story though.. he fricked up by dressing his kid up like that

Give the kids a choice of cigarettes or candy. The kids that choose the smokes are from the bad areas, thus identified.

Just going to say the orange and black wrapped candies are the worst as a kid (as an adult I have actually grown to like them)
