Had infection 5 years or so ago.
Go to liquor store buy 1/2 pint of vodka and place in freezer. 1 hour later get generous amount in a stirrer straw and drop in ear. Keep head bent to the side. Repeat a few times. If this doesn’t work you will need to see doctor. I have done this a few times with no issues.
Bonus: drink the remainder of bottle.

Inner ear or outer ear? Totally different
You mean outer and MIDDLE ear infections are totally different? The ear has three parts- outer, middle, and inner ear. Middle ear is behind the eardrum (this is the area you are speaking of but referring to as "inner" ear). Inner ear is where your cochlea and semicircular canals are located.

How can I fix this ear infection without having to go to the doctor? Don’t feel like driving there and waiting. Any over the counter stuff or home remedies y’all know of?
You really should see a doctor. If it is a true ear infection (regardless of where it is at- outer or middle ear), they are nothing to play around with.

Cotton ball drip in peroxide. Squeeze and let it work until you hear no more fizz. Then take apple cider vinegar in a cotton ball and do the same.
