How to catch a toilet sprayer?

My office shares a bathroom on a floor with a few other agencies and there's about 150 people on the floor. The girls in my office are furious because a few times a week for the last couple months someone is "spraying all over the toilet and it's going on the floor and trickling into other stalls". They wonder if she's even trying to get it in the toilet being how much they say is ending up on the floor.
Without video of course, it's hard to catch unless someone catches them in the act. Can anyone think of a way to catch the sprayer?
Ie conductive wire attached to an alarm?

Good chance that it’s a foreigner from the land where they squat instead of sit. I had a similar situation. Had to have a female manager talk with her.
Unfortunately the best way to catch them is to have someone monitor as people go in and out and check after them each time.

It sounds like there are multiple stalls.
Assuming they have a suspect in mind, they should all make a pact to choose a specific stall and not use it. Do some subtle/distance surveillance and, when that one's "destroyed", they'll have an idea of who did it.
Might have to follow her in and record some audio with a phone...
