I don't really know what y'all are talking about.

I saw Mouton say he wanted to fight, so I figured we were partying in here.

Why is it bad to bounce in and out of keto?

I think keto is hard to me because I eat so much protein.

Honestly, trying to nail down the fat intake without overdoing the protein is the hardest part.

I bet you're fat or at least skinny fat. I'd almost guarantee it.

I wouldn't worry so much about too much protein. Just because the pathway exists doesn't mean it will be used. It takes a lot of energy to break down proteins for energy. The body would rather use it for building. The ketogains guys did sort of a N=1 experiment on it a while back. His ketones lowered a bit, but it did not kick him out of "ketosis" at all. ketogains link

I've read that it's just not a good situation to put your kidneys in.

Mouton back again to shite all over guys that exercise.

I honestly feel bad for people that don't workout 5-6 times a week. They will spend most of the back side of 50 in bed or struggling to get around

Activity is a great thing. Diet is absolutely crucial, however. Give me a guy who eats perfectly over a shitty eater that works out every day every time (if it's a contest for longevity and quality of life.)

Holy shite. I haven't read through any of your other posts in this thread, but hopefully the rest aren't this bad

Not for me and most people that I talk to. I find carbs cause to me to be hungry again after a few hours.

That's fine that you feel that way, but according to the satiety index carbs are more filling.

Pretty much anyone who knows nutrition can tell you that carbs are more filling than fats. I'm surprised so many people think otherwise.

Ok

I guess it's a myth that people can drink a 2 liter coke and still be thirsty or eat an entire box of Mac and cheese or gallon of ice cream or entire bag of cheetoes in one sitting.

I know a 12oz coke satisfies my thirst for hours.

I actually looked this up last night and was surprised. I would be curious to see studies that compare initial vs long term satiety. I would also like to see a comparison of carbs combined with protein vs fats and protein in relation to long term satiety.

Why are you talking about thirst?? My comments have nothing to do with that.

I can tell you clearly didn't read any of the articles.
