Sorry for offending, have at it girls.

Start proving your case sweetheart. I don't accept your bullshite that sugar isn't a toxin, because I know it to be the case - with scientific studies and personal experience to back it up. It literally messes up your mind.

Don't like the heat - leave. But don't give me 61 years of bullshite, because that is what the last 60 years of nutritional science has been, bullshite. The fact that fat has been proven not to be harmful and sugar the real culprit...Since the 1950s, nutritional science has been based on lies and falsification of data to fit a narrative.

Is it common to go in and and out of ketosis throughout the day. I'm only 3 days in but I bought those urine test strips and this morning the results were more positive than around noon today. Could it be too much water in my urine giving a false negative or do I just need to give it a few more days?

Sugar is the devil. It is killing us all, as I eat Ben and Jerrys

So any person who does not exercise is not healthy? Not only are you an arrogant little douchebag but an absolute idiot as well.

Gee and all this time I thought it was so i wouldn't get dropped when there were attacks on the climbs.

You probably wouldn't get dropped on the climbs if you ate enough to sustain harder workouts.

Literally zero reputable coaches would recommend a diet "where you starve yourself" as you put it, to coincide with peak athletic performance. That goes for any athletic sport. You're fricking retarded for even thinking that was smart.

I don't know if it's common or not but I know it's not good to bounce in and out of it. Please be careful.

Like I said I'm only a few days in so I don't know if it's just a transition period or if it's just that my urine is too diluted. I've had around 20g of carbs a day so it's not like I'm cheating.

I'm one of those " fat arse don't tell me how to eat" guys. And, taking soft drinks out of schools has NOT made even the most minute differences in youth obesity.

Want to know why?

Because they get their sugar fix in 1,000 other ways.

But go on.....

I wish I had an answer for you. I'm "fat adjusted" but not in keto, as it is not my goal. I do about 35g a day or less of net carbs. I think keto is hard to me because I eat so much protein.
