it literally tells right above the map

quote:

Due to a processing error in the electronic lab reporting system, LDH will report a backlog of 2,538 COVID cases on 69,125 tests reported to the state. Additional details here.

They keep backlogs of tests to dump when they want manipulate numbers to push a narrative. This is strictly a political play by JBE as pay back to the legislature.

I'm convinced there's another dimension of society that we all can't see, yet they check in from time to time to affect our numbers.

the 2 metrics that they use are positivity rate and cases per 100k

this dump lowers both of those numbers

I know some of these dumps seem suspicious, but this ain't it

Here, I’ll write the script for you- ‘In Louisiana, it was The largest single day number of positive tests since the COVID-19 Pandemic began- the state reported 4,814 cases today.’

7.0% for ‘current’ cases, 3.9% for backlog. That should bring a lot of days down

While this will result in a significant increase in reported COVID cases today, the Department will reallocate these backlogged lab results back to their specimen collection dates, which range from 9/12-11/18. Of the 2,538 total backlog, 1,038 COVID cases date back to Halloween (10/31).

Pick any news station or radio station and listen in for the updates today. They will all talk about casing and nothing about the two metrics that you mentioned.

That still doesn’t get you to 101,452 tests.

Something is fricky.

the WH taskforce and LDH

it is what they are tracking and what they use to justify moving forward or backwards on restrictions

I pay no attention to fear mongering media. Neither should you.

Over 69,000 backlog tests. It’s amazing they find these backlogs whenever they are warning us about a spike.

These tests and cases date back to early September, well before the feared Halloween spike.
