Very productive. Got up early this morning and went out fishing on the lake for a bit. Came back to the camper and the wife had breakfast ready. Then ran into town to buy a new skylight cover, sealant, steaks to grill for dinner, and some bourbon for later. Came back, replaced the skylight and resealed around everything on the roof just to be safe. Now I’m chilling out in my recliner for a while watching a movie while my wife and kids play UNO at the table. In a couple hours I’ll be throwing steaks on the grill while my wife mixes my first bourbon and coke of the night. I’ll cap the evening off by building a fire in the pit for the wife to make s’mores for our kids while I sip my drink and relax.

So all in all, I’d say it’s been a very productive Friday.

When did it become a thing to put the dollar sign after the amount?

And why?

It's a plant baw thing. Bunch of dummies here do it.

As for the OP, I worked from 6-9ish then about a couple hours of work sporadically throughout the day. Just got a car warsh and now sipping a beer on the porch.

Sent a completed project to a client before lunch.
Bout to send another completed project to another client.
Going to my wife's work function tonight at Four Corners Brewing....if they don't have a TV I'll be watching on my phone.

It's too late. Might as well get the F250 now and have it paid off when she hits 16.

She’s already declared she has no desire to learn to drive as it looks too scary. Her reasoning was “if I need to go somewhere, you can take me, daddy”.

And no, I’ve not tried to change her mind just yet.

She'll probably get some plant baw named Jaxon with star tattoos on each shoulder and a soul patch to start driving her around.

You won't need to. The teenager will take over soon enough. I used to have my parents drop me off down the street as to not be seen with them.
