How old were you when you had your last kid?

For those of you who are done.

Coworker of mine just announced her pregnancy at 38 years old and that apparently is super old to have a kid. I understand it’s advanced maternal age, but if you’re youthful, have energy, and have the money, that doesn’t seem that old to me.

It’s her third. Her kids will be four years apart.

I was 48 and he is 20 now..... I believe he kept me young since he was into baseball and dirt bikes. I hung in there with him and participated. Kept me off the couch.

Kinda different comparing men and women

Is 38 really “super old” for a woman to have a kid. Sure, past her prime but “super old”?

this seems to be getting more common.

I have three female co-workers over 40 who have had children in the past two years.

I don't know if I'd have the energy for a toddler now.

28. Got snipped a week and a half ago just to make sure. Idea of being 46 and an empty nester is awesome to me.
