We out foil down and only use it for fries and potatoes. So like once every couple of days we change the foil and clean it.

We clean the pan and tray after every use.
I try to wipe down the elements inside occasionally.

We use ours for those two items and also for lemon pepper marinated drumsticks.

Wiped dry with paper towel every use. Washed with soapy water and rinsed if needed after a few uses. This is the way….
