What does the typical OT baw's gym regimen look like?

I was going about 5x/week before I broke my collarbone and tore my ACL skiing. Now I'm down to about 2-3/week and am limited to cycling and closed circuit cardio.

Can start upper body light lifting in a couple of weeks though

Most days. 150 minutes of cardio (elliptical), 4 or 5 focused strength sessions. Some walks outside of cardio.

4-5 days per week in the gym, depends on if I decide to go to work on Friday or not. My dog makes me go on a run every morning when I wake up. I usually hike or do yoga on days that I don't lift.

Every hour on the hour I drop down at work and do 10 pushups, 20 side crunches, and 10 regular crunches. Only takes about 45 seconds or so to do. But by the end of my work day I've done 100 pushups and 300 crunches.

And I do some light exercise at home at night, Around 300 or so jumps on a jump rope and 125-150 jumping jacks. And sometimes I'll throw in some kettle bell arm shite or some burpees. I do it in my living room and it takes about 15-20 minutes max.

I also eat less bullshite and do fasting here and there.

Down 45 pounds since August.
