I got a three-legged pug that always runs straight for my feet. I am deathly afraid I will step on his one good back leg. I will probably pay the price one day.

Also a lab puppy that runs underfoot but she jumps up so at least I can see her.

I'm convinced one of my cats wants to kill or severely injure me.

Rarely, because I’ve trained them to get out of my way.

Never walk around your pet. Walk through them and gently push them out of the way with your foot.

It’s for your safety and theirs

That’s how the woman describes it hah. And the way my cat leaps up and scrambles to get out of my path would make you think so…

I’ve never hurt him of course. But it’s very effective training nevertheless

my dog follows me around like a shadow. its almost like its stalking me. She seems to have a problem getting out of my way when im walking, too. I think it might be age related.

My young Aussie leaves dog toys and socks on the main staircase. I almost took a nice tumble after I stepped on a dog toy on one of the steps.

My Chihuahua is a rescue that had been abused . He always walks BEHIND me . No doubt a previous owner kicked him and he learned to stay out of the way .

Daily!
I have an English Bulldog and his nickname is speed-bump. Does not matter what I am doing, he gets right in my way and lays down.

The exception was yesterday. He was too busy dismembering a rabbit in the flower bed to be under foot.

I live in the city, so no rabbits, but our male cat will bring up lizards or dragon flies almost daily.

He lays in wait among my 6 ft.+ tall okra plants and ambushes them.

I have two cats and a dog. I never trip over the dog or the cat that looks like a moo cow.

The black cat is another story though. That bitch intentionally gets in our way and I stumble over her at least two or three times a day.

Good advice, I have an orange tabby that loves sitting in the middle of the kitchen while we are cooking. Need to start "moving" him out of the way so he doesn't get stepped on or trips us.
