How often do you actually talk to or see your direct supervisor?

I see my manager maybe once a month, sometimes longer. Speak on phone twice a month. Daily emails, but those are usually sent to a group.
Haven't seen my manager's manager in like 5 years. Idk if that's good or bad

Talk to him a couple times a week. See him maybe three times a year.

Ever single day when he's in the office. As little as possible when he's not.
I try for the 'deluge him with information until he doesn't want to get me on a roll about my projects' technique. Works pretty well.

One day a week he sits next to me. That's the only day I see him. I work at home three days a week and he works from home two days a week. Speak him almost daily and lots of e-mails back and forth.

I try not 2 talk to him. If he wasn't a Relative, he'd be working at McDonalds, sweeping floors. Worst part, is that he is about to get promoted to one of the highest 3 positions.

I’m pretty good friends with him. We bullshite all the time and have fun but work hard and have mutual respect for each other at the same time.

He starts requesting ride alongs if your numbers dip. If that happens you are already in trouble and might as well find a new gig.

I work directly for my CO and XO and I work right next to both of their offices. I talk to them every day.

I'm in the C-Suite. I only answer to the CEO and our offices are right next to each other. As the CFO I am in meetings with him almost daily.
