I was going to post “ insecure much” but decided against it due to me trying to be more positive this new year.

I’d bet you check this multiple times a day. Cling to what you can.

It took you 200 hours to go 400 miles?

I walk with my dog daily and he has to stop to smell/pee 100 times, we average 20 minute miles which is slow.

But when you add the year up it looks good on paper.

What kind of insecure male counts walking his dog as working out?

When I started back into the gym in Jan 2018, my box jumping was done on a little shoebox looking box in the corner. Now I do the full 24” box jumps.

I was about 262ish, now I’m 250ish. But a lot leaner. I went from 38 to 36 pants.

I climbed a rope for the first time since Air Assault school in 1995.

I’m in better shape now than in a while.

Still a long way to go, I’d like to be about 220.

Have you tried replacing food with cocaine?

There’s an entire thread of people on the HF board that shite all over your running numbers for sure.

I don't have to work out. I eat once a day, do some push-ups and have great genes. Must suck to live in a gym.

No, but apparently replacing food calories with beer calories isn’t a recipe for weight loss either.

Lol. If walking the dog counts as working out, I “worked out” 700+ times last year.

OK, I'm 45, have more mileage than you, swam multiple times a week, and I was injured most of the year and taking care of a 2- month to one year old. What do I win?
