To be dropped into a 250 acre compound with an adult mama Grizzly bear and her cubs and make it for a month?

You get to wear boots, pants, and a jacket, your only weapon is a 14 inch Bowie knife. You’re only provided a sleeping bag and the knife.

This fenced in compound is located in Montana and you must survive in it for a month in the summer. So no worries about freezing, just the mama bear.

Every other night a helicopter drops a food and water package randomly within the compound. You get 1 day to setup and prepare before they release the Grizzly and her cubs.

The terrain is gently rolling hills with ponderosa pines, there’s a small creek running through the property. Small animals (rabbits, squirrels, birds) are in there but no big game.

At the end of the month, if you made it, you get the $ amount of your choosing instantly put into your account.

How much?

Get some fresh air kid. There’s more to life than your mom’s basement.

I'd Rambo it and take out the cubs. Mom will enjoy my companionship thereafter.

I've read a few of your post the last couple days replying to me and mentioning prison. Not sure I've ever seen you post before this past week. Have I ever posted to you before? Tell me more about my time in state prison since you're so privy? What's your grievance here, did I frick your daughter or wife or both in my past life?

I want a new 40 Hp tractor with a bucket, so however much that is.

Maybe I’m really underestimating it, but with 250 acres I think I could avoid the bear the whole time.

At this point I’d be more worried about the heat than the bears

As long as it ain't spring, mama would prefer to avoid you, anyway. 250 isn't much at all, but you could probably figure out their range and spots well enough to get by without drawing her ire.

Grizzly diets are mostly plant based, with fish and small mammals. While they might scavenge larger they certainly don’t typically hunt deer/elk/etc

250 acres is tiny for a very hungry bear in a closed system with cubs

Every day she and the cubs get hungrier and more accustomed to your presence.

Pretty much my thought process.

Set up base camp at a tough terrain point the bear wouldn’t travel to, and avoid major trails when going to collect the food and water.

While true, doesn’t matter if she spots/smells you. Mama gonna charge if you’re anywhere near those cubs
