How much money is leftover to spend per day on yourself after all your bills are paid?

This is after you pay all your monthly bills like mortgage, utilities, car payments, gym or country club memberships, or child daycare.

This does not include food or gas since those can fluctuate more often than the others.

My household is currently at $86 per day for each person to survive off of. This includes food, entertainment, home / car repairs, clothes, etc.

After I pay bills I have $850 left on one check and $1000 on the other. That's for two weeks.

The wife usually has $200-$300 after bills every week.

You can figure up per day per person. It's just me and her.

By adding all your monthly expenses and dividing by 30 days and then dividing by the # of people in your house. It's basic math.

We make approximately $250k annually. Mortgage is $2200. Utilities $400. Car note $600. Kids /gym/memberships: $1500. Insurances around $500. I think that’s about right. Everything else is saved or pissed off over the year. Payments are monthly.

It varies by the month. Not all bills are for the same amount. I am thinking of utilities since there are months when no heat/AC is needed.

That seems way low for electric, water, trash, internet, phone, tv and natural gas if you have it

Enough that I don't really have to keep up with what I buy outside of major purchases.

Having $4700 to live off after bills are paid must be nice. I assume you're saving or investing half of that.

There's ways to find your yearly average per month.
