Because the water company screwed up my meter reading over the last couple of years, I have another months credit on the bill. Haven't paid a dime for water this entire year so far.

Less than a cent. You could just look up your billing rate per 1000 gallons and do a calculation for each tier of use.

For an average home it’s pretty cheap. But in my home I have the Mega Flush 4000. Every flush is 3000 gallons of a high velocity watery stream that leaves both your toilet and your arse the type of shiny clean you’ve only ever seen in porno movies set at Home Depot.
