It’s a lot but she also sleeps with me and raises my kids

Your maid pulls the stove out once a week for 70 bucks??? Hahahaha. Do you hold her at gunpoint? Or is your house literally just a nook with a stove in it and all you have to do is clean that stove area. Because that's fricking absurd. I live in Houston where there are no shortages of Mexican cleaning ladies and I cant get get a bitch to pass a wet rag on a counter in a 2500 square foot house for under a $100
I was screwing around with my first post, we pay somewhere around 120 every 2 weeks. And it's not a super deep clean. Tubs, toilets, mop, vacuum, dust, etc. Costs about 450when we want the "deep/spring clean" where they get the base boards and everything.

Stand alone range?
Why does she have to pull the stove out every week? Are you that dirty of a person?

$11/hr once a week. Usually ends up being around $50-75 a week. Well worth it coming home from work to a spotless house...only for it to be wrecked by my kids 30 mins later.

I just bang her on my desk. I've worked at other places where that kind of thing happens so I assume it's OK at my current company.

She makes about 75K/year. Got home today, grass was cut (2+ acres), laundry all clean (after a weekend in the woods), 2 fridges full of groceries and dinner cooked.
Then she went to work. God I love that woman.

95/week. No laundry. 2700 sf 3 full baths 4 bdrm/ofcs no carpet. We're neat so no clutter for her to deal with. Edited to add she spends about 3 hours/week cleaning and the place looks pretty good.

Where do you all find these cleaning ladies? Specifically in the BR area...
I've heard of Maidpro, is that a good service?
