How many operators does a plant need in general to run? Seems like half the state are employed as operators.

LNG plants have raised the bar when it comes to operator pay. Top pay is now pushing $60 an hour.

The real answer of the answer you’ll get from the Ot that doesn’t account for working 1200 hours of OT?

It varies widely but at the top paying plants you’ll be making 40-50 in two or three years. My coworkers just finished the year off at 275k. But he worked his arse off to get there.

His base would have to be 75 per. Unless they get some sort of rolling and his site ignore osha standards.

Id pay $50 if you could produce a tax record.

that a cute clip running the boat up the ramp. I did that with a large airboat filled with hunters, decoys, dogs and guns. Ran up in the parking lot stopped just short of game wardens truck. Bourbon had nothing to do with it

Just like cops a year from retirement that somehow work 1500 hours of OT to adjust their pension payment

No, it’s around $51 per, he does work temp set ups periodically which pays a few dollars more. We are absolutely not allowed to work more than 14 days in a row. But he does work a lot of 16 to 18 hour days. I obviously don’t have W2 but I assure you I saw his final pay check this week.

Real ballers in the know are hanging gold truck nuts now. Gold is 2.8 times what platinum costs now.

16 hours every single day he worked working 14 days on 2 days off for all 365 days of a calendar year would net roughly $315k gross.

In the BR area, the non union hourly wage is higher than the union.

He will chime in double time and what not. Breaking 200 is tough, breaking 250 is near impossible.

Making more than 3x's your base is beyond impossible. Maybe if you are in on an incentive bonus, but even that would likely be on your base.

At $51 he worked 14hrs 365 days a year.
Or half the year regular wage and 14hrs/day at times and a half the other half of the year.

Which is logical. Rolling 7th day can elevate and the few holidays if you hit them just right.

Everyone will tell you they made a lot more, especially ops, until you ask to see that W2.
