Is this a typo on your part or did they really name a kids team “rawdogs”?
Well I can’t give you a reason why I did something that I didn’t do. But I can take a guess at a reason as to why you find this so hard to believe. The reason is you’re jealous of what other people make and your form of coping with that is convincing yourself that they’re not actually making that kind of money.
Breaking 200 is not that tough. You can call bull shite, I have no reason to lie to a bunch of internet strangers about what my coworker makes.
No, it’s around $51 per, he does work temp set ups periodically which pays a few dollars more. We are absolutely not allowed to work more than 14 days in a row. But he does work a lot of 16 to 18 hour days. I obviously don’t have W2 but I assure you I saw his final pay check this week.
It varies widely but at the top paying plants you’ll be making 40-50 in two or three years. My coworkers just finished the year off at 275k. But he worked his arse off to get there.
I had that problem with a browning. Nothing worked except using a plastic scraper to actually scrape it off. Chemicals did absolutely nothing for it.
I dealt with IBS-c and as soon as I started taking pro biotics it changed my life. Over the ten years that I’ve been taking them, I’ve tried backing off of them and within a few days I was back to miserable. I would definitely try some.

The only wood you need to let dry before finish is treated pine. I used cypress for mine and I’ve been fairly happy with them, although they are expensive.

I would definitely go bigger. As far as brand, I would find your local derksen dealer and go with them.

I also vote minwax wipe on poly.
Definitely keep us updated.
Mine sits on top of my air handler. It’s plugged into a 110 outlet, and the drain is tied Into the ac drain. Easy install no matter your skill level.
It’s not hard to believe he lost 18 pounds in that period of time, it would be hard to believe he lost 18 pounds of body fat however. You can easily lose well over 5 pounds in the first week alone after you have shed all of the water weight. That’s why I never do my initial weigh in when I start a cut until after a few days of eating clean, it gives me a more accurate base line.

Why do you say that ?

This is your problem. Starving yourself only work for so long before it doesn’t. Slowly increase your calories over the weeks until your around 2200 calories and just focus on building strength. The weight loss will come. Look up “reverse dieting” and “metabolic adaptation” if you want to educate yourself.
I ran my littler generac Home Depot special for 40 days straight after Laura. The only I shut it off was to change the oil every 40 hours. So about ten minutes of down time for every 40 hours of run rime. I did have a box fan blowing on it the whole time.
They also make little shelves that attach to your mirror for the sole purpose of having a place for people to place the ducks when they “duck you”. Apparently just placing them on the cowl wasn’t good enough, and Jeep owners never pass up an opportunity to add another aftermarket item to their Jeep.

You sound a lot like me. In 2021 I was 5’8” weighing 220lbs and had never stepped foot in a gym. I started working out (weights seven days a week and running multiple miles a day) and limiting my calories down to around 1600-1800 (eating high protien) and eventually got down to 160lbs. I had never looked better but I had also never felt worse. I was sleeping like shite, my digestive system was a mess, my energy levels were low, I would gas out easily in the gym, and had no sex drive. I did some blood work and realized I tanked my testosterone levels. I eventually realized I was under eating and over training. Once I backed off on my training and started slowly increasing my calories I started to feel amazing and was seeing huge strength gains in the gym. I’m now sitting around 180lbs and look so much better than when I was 160. All this to say, my suggestion is to slowly increase calories to about 2500 and focus on just getting stronger. Going that low on calories is only recommended in the short term to cut a few pounds quickly. The reason your plateauing is because you have tanked your metabolism and the only way to lose more weight in the cut calories again or add more exercise which at this point for you is a recipe for disaster.
