I usually slide them a $20 each so they can grab some lunch after.

How much do I tip the admins for banning spin-off thread starters?

Whatever you feel like.

When the hell did people become such bitches, always needing to be reassured of what they feel or want to do.

Tip/ Don't Tip but please people stop starting shitty threads

When social media became the bastion for news and "free speech". Causing the most normal of things to outrage people.

I've lurked for a while and finally kind of hit my breaking point a few days ago, so decided to sign up.

Been lurking since 2007, back with Mr. Clean, lsu481, Piccolo, etc.....and from what it was to what it is today is a complete abortion.

So, alas, here i am :)

Yep. 10/person/moving location.

so if 2 guys help you load a truck at current place and unload at new place, $40 is good.

As much as I love seeing them half naked ladies on the Gram.....I also secretly wish that all social media would just suffer from an EMP-liked action.

It is the downfall of society and the uprising of the completely immoral, selfish, and a repugnant newer generation that is trying to shape reality into their mental illness

Former mover while i was in college here: i worked for two separate companies. One that mostly moved office fortunate and cubicles, never received a tip at this job but was paid pretty well.

The other was a more traditional moving job. Old people never tipped. Most people between 30-50 would slip us some beer money when the “owner” of the company wasn’t looking.

When I have used movers I provided them bottle water/powerade, bought their lunches, and tipped each about $20 each

Worked for a moving company in summers between college. Standard tip we got was $25 to load and $25 to unload so usually $50. I would be ok with less in tips if they fed us and gave us a cold drink. The moves I did were usually 2-3 day moves with crews of 4-5 so we usually did get that much. One day job under 8 hours, $20.
