About $2500. I'm hoping I can start paying it down more rapidly soon.

I had my parents put me on a CC when I was in high school as authorized user, don't even have a card in my name. They usually carry 15-20k on it, but it is messing with my debt to income so I think im going to get them to take me off. Use debit cards for everything.

They put you on it as an authorized user .. I highly doubt you are a joint credit carrier on it .. a CC company wouldn't have put you jointly on the account while you were 15 years old .. come on .. just stop ..

Mine had $1000

Was so easy back then. I went crazy and got several credit cards(including a VS card and some other dept store cards) back then.

My parents gave me gas cards when I was in HS and the accounts are older than me. So when my credit report gets pulled it says my oldest account two years older than me. I would say it's possible

Length of credit is that main thing hampering my credit score right now.

I maintain $750.00 on credit cards monthly simply to maintain my high credit rating. I have $125K mortgage on a $750K house, just so I can get a tax break when filing. I keep $500K liquid, just for shits and giggles. I refused my last raise because quite honestly, the company I work for is paying me an absurd salary, and I frankly don't need the money.

Been doing this since I was a kid. Discipline is not easy, but I feel like it's been worth it. Just my personal story.
