Huh?
This isn't even a legit question. Who the hell actually carries a monthly balance greater than $0?
Aren't you 16 or something?

If most of you posting are married, there's a good chance your wife has a card with a balance that's in both your names.
If you have kids with said wife, then it's damned near certain b/c she gives into them little frickers' "I want that!" bullshite.

Paid off my last cc last year so only what I use it for on amazon which I pay at end of every month, only debt I carry at the moment is my truck and I double up on it. Took a long time to get that way and I will not go back.

Better than when I had 4k in CC debt at all times in college without a verifiable income.

Disney rewards card. Use my credit like a debit and pay off monthly, get about 1000 points a year which is equal to $1,000 at Disney.

I can only imagine what my ex's CC debt looks like now. She's used to living beyond her means on a $250k a year salary. Now she has a freeloading boyfriend, doesn't work and has to live on $57k a year.

$Zero
Actually, right now I don't even have a "creddick" card, which I keep saying I need to do something about.

Same here. I lived like a hobo trying to keep my ex's CC debt under control. We had a great combined salary considering our age at the time, but she couldn't stand not keeping up with the Jonses.
Now she's married to some loser and has a kid. I bet all her means of credit are maxed out.

Pay it off every month. That's the point. It isn't a fricking mortgage.

Seems after doing a little research the average American household (that carries debt) stands at $15,706.
That is absurd.
Anyway, the problem with a thread like this is that most people with a lot of debt aren't going to admit it to anyone.

$1100 in interest free balances. About 75k or so in open CC lines.
Posted on 6/9/15 at 2:56 pm to BabyTac
My balance is up to $72,194 with a 22% interest rate. But these morans at my bank just keep billing me for a minimum payment, so its really like having free money.
Posted on 6/9/15 at 3:45 pm to BabyTac
Usually put about $1200/month on my cards and pay them off each month.

2,400 with about 10 more months of interest free. Will pay it off before that.
