0-3 cups a week

I worked with a guy that would have at least two pots before coming into work. He was never without a cup at work. He would be so lit that his work suffered and he was just down right annoying. People did complain and the bosses had to have a talk with him about his coffee intake.

1-4cups/day coffee or tea.
without a little caffeine, i’ll get a headache by dinner time.

Too much apparently

This thread got me wanting some coffee.. I just finished spraying the toilet.. I forgot hot coffee does that to me sometimes..

2-3 cups every morning. Every now and then an afternoon cup, but not very often.

Generally I drink two 8-10oz cups at home most every morning. Depending on how I feel I may have a third at work, most often on cold or rainy days.

My maternal grandfather, a former US Army colonel and lifelong engineer, got me started on coffee when I was 4, to calm me down.

Yes, I was a somewhat hyperactive child.

BTW, as much as I enjoyed the ritual of grinding whole beans fresh every morning, I have to admit that the Keurig is one of the greatest inventions known to modern man.

On a bad day, several pots. Good day 1-1/2 pots. All day long brother....
