In addition to that, I would think that the city culture tends to lend toward cohabitation rather than marriage in a lot of cases.

Never went to a trashy wedding, don’t have any

Pretty sure the only ones we have are ours..... but to answer weddings I've stood in/been to, my buddies are still married. My wife's friends on the other hand are at a sad maybe 25% lol

have three different big groups of friends from living in various places. The more southern, conservative, religious based couples weddings I’ve attended had a 58% divorce rate. The more city types, not very religious, and slightly liberal ones have maybe 20% divorces. Pretty interesting when you think about it. I would’ve thought it’d be opposite.
To expand on my post, most of my buddies are either from NOLA or came from other big cities and met at LSU, her friends all came from podunk towns and she met them at LC.
Biggest difference is the approach to marriage. Me and my buddies all dated our wives for awhile before getting married and waited a few years into the marriage to have kids.
Her friends got married quickly, in one case after a few months of dating. And all cranked out a kid that was probably conceived on the honeymoon.
Not super shocking which group is 100% still married and which group is largely divorced

Well, she obviously loves using the D from the 1st marriage, so a koozie seems like it should be no problem.

Zero, but we don’t go to many weddings. My wife is a master at getting us out of those obligations

My buddy is getting married in October and I’m going to buy him a nice expensive pen. Why? For his inevitable divorce papers.
Wait you’re divorced?

Goddamn, this place can be spot on sometimes.

I brought my boys coozie from his first wedding to the second wedding. Laughs were had by some - not all.
Enjoy yet another in a long line of up-votes.

I've never gotten a wedding koozie before. So I just had to look one up. I need some baws to post pics of theirs after seeing this one.

"I DO'S" is wrong. Should be "I DOs."
Enjoy the cursed marriage, Brandt.
