This is a term people you when they are upset when group of "liberal" people in particular exercise their rights. The no one ever called the tea party SJW's when in fact they were the ones who started this whole protest craze post the civil rights movement.

I recall one specific event. I was in popular bar in South Charlotte and was walking through a tight crowd as there were a ton of people packed in to this little bar. As I was going through this black dude backed into me knocking me up against this fat bitch. She turned around quickly and was all like "WTF". I looked over at the dude and said "Sorry he backed into me forcing me onto you". She responds with "Is it because he's black? It's because he's black isn't it" yelling at the top over her lungs. The black guy and I both looked at each other in confusion and walked off. It was weird.
