For years in LA, "Crime Against Nature" was used to prosecute primarily gay males. It finally occurred to some of the geniuses in our state legislature that an OTer baller putting it in the butt of his IRL 10 (OT 8.5) SO was also violating the law (as well as his SO's perfect arse).
One of the things that's really fricked up about LA's sex offender designations is that a hooker providing straight sex is safe from making the list. If she blows you, that trips the Crime Against Nature trigger and gets her put on the permanant shite list.
I'm of the opinion that the sex offender registry ought to just include actual sex offenders, not a hooker sucking cock for her next rock.
