What happens to all that inventory. They can't possibly sell all of that. How much upkeep is needed on all the RVs sitting there rotting away?

Staging for the next great gulf flood so FEMA can buy them at inflated prices and quickly distribute.

Why do you give a frick if people want to spend their own money on an RV?

You suck at reading comprehension. Where in my posts did I say anything like that?

You should probably be more worried about why such an internet message board post as this would trigger you so greatly.

They're just moving to a new place... so not really a new one.

But yeah, RV sales through the roof.

Im always a little amazed at how many people spend so many weekends on concrete RV resorts.

It is amazing what "camping" has turned into.

Not a bad way for the family to vacation during a Pandemic.

RVing is a blast. Almost as fun as motorcycle camping.

We are building a 50 spot rv park right now. We have a few spots ready now and a white republican conservative refugee from California.

I’ve often wondered that as well. What is the deal? With that much inventory you would think you would have a line of RVs and trailers moving in and out constantly. And you’re right that stuff just sits there baking in the sun and freezing in the cold. What kind of upkeep does it get?

You been in Calcasieu and Cameron parishes lately? Almost all the workers at the LNG facility in Cameron are living in campers.

Unless something has changed a lot since the Katrina aftermath, the FEMA trailers aren't what you see out on typical lots. They were pieces of shite.

He has talked about inventory..but I don't recall if it's factory owned or dealer.

It’s ‘floor planned’. They put the inventory on a line of credit with someone like Wells-Fargo or TransAmerica. The manufacturer may pay the interest for a certain amount of time then the dealer has to pay it after that.
