rightfully so. i expected more from myself.

I got competitive, so when 2nd place went in and did 20-25, I’d go rep out 30-50 to keep the lead

well I've done Murph plenty of times, with my fastest being 41 minutes, and that has 200 weighted push ups (plus running 2 miles, 300 air squats, and 100 pull ups)

So I would imagined I could get 500-600 range non weighted in an hour

Never really tried though

But I do know once you are done, you are DONE with push ups

I'd make her feel 18 again. Added bonus she can't get pregnant

I tried this a couple weeks ago. I got to 350 pretty easy but could not do not even one more.

once you tap out on push ups you are done

getting 600 seems easy on paper, just do 10 every minute for an hour

I imagine those last 15 minutes get pretty spicy

MAYBE 150 if I really tried. I’d tire tremendously after 100 in an hour though. In October I did do 150-200 a day each day but slacked off after.

I don't think I've done that many pushups in my entire life.

I only need to perform for like 5 min max. No sense in working out for an hours worth.

I’ll do a quick push up workout when in a hotel sometimes.

10 sets of 20 with only 30 seconds rest between sets. Pretty awesome burn.

So anyone saying they could hang out 250+ in an hour, suspect.

I'm 64 and I could do 250 in an hour without any problem.

And yes, I would be sore the next day.

I can do 60/minute. If I did that everyday for 60 days that would be 3600 in one hour.
Change my mind.
