Just depends. I'm 5'7" and I look my best at about 180-85. That puts me at about 12% Body fat. I can carry 200 and look good. At my current 230, not so much. I had a complete rupture of my patellar tendon and knee dislocation a few years back. Knee immobilizer for 12 weeks then a tedious, low impact rehab for the next year (it was/is fricked). I got in a funk and starting drinking more and eating like shite. I'd never let my weight get about 200 before then. Getting back in gear now. No ozempic or others yet, but am tempted. I was used to burning off extra calories by running it off, now I can't. Did great for 46 years of my life and let it go to shite the last 4.

Walk on so nah. Was an all state tackle in florida though. Youre prob right about 220, id say 210 would be better. After that, I lose muscle mass. I have good genetics, always had a ton of muscle without trying, whole dad's side of the family is like that. At 182, I got comments about looking too skinny/sickly/needing to stop and it took starving myself to get that low. Luckily muscle mass is much easier to get back if you had it before.

if 185 at 5'7 puts you truely at 12% bodyfat....you are jacked as frick. more than likely this puts you at closer to 20% and you way underestimate.

Yes. I couldn't have the 6 pack because of some extra skin around the belly. Not a bad amount but sadly enough that I couldn't really see my lower abs as much as my upper ones but the top ones were def visable. My veins were busting out all over though. I lost a decent amount of muscle in my shoulders and legs, im glad that came back. I didn't realize how much I'd shrunk my legs. Im not bragging about the muscle weight, I didn't earn it. It's genetical. But yes 180 I was way too small for me. 210 would prob be ideal. 200 at the least.

Edit: To be clear, shredded isn't the right word. But I was extremely tight all around and cut.

i mean we already know the side effects, its been in use almost 2 decades now. mainly stems from GI distress from people not eating right no matter what. some people cant be helped. most of the other sides are more from too low caloric and protein intake in about 99% of cases.

While supplements aren't as good as the real thing, when im fasting 2 or 3 days at a time, I'm taking the right stuff to avoid damage. When I do eat, it's high protein meals. I love chicken. Wings are my go to.

Edit: Baked with hot sauce*, not fried.

In use makes me believe you had a large audience receiving the drug for 20 years.

Im assuming diabetes patients, and now the trustworthy medical folks we have say its safe for everyone to use?

Interesting.

It's not normal and thus will have repercussions besides the sunken in face and loose skin.

I’m with you.

A lot of folks seem to think the side effects are nothing to worry about. To each their own.
