I do believe in them. my Aunt lived in a house that a while before a baby had died inside. many times you could be in the living room and hear a baby crying from upstairs.

I know I do. Just last night, I stepped over for a walk on a kleap with my pet rotzy on planet Nogsac

The fact I've been grabbed by some type of spirit after a door slammed shut behind me lends me to believe.

I don't necessarily believe in ghosts in the traditional sense. I do believe that humans do not understand the universe as much as we think we do, and that there are too many unknowns. I think what is seen as ghosts is more of some kind of residual energy left behind, not some intelligent spirit. I think that is why you don't hear about 15th century ghosts very often; that energy is spent.

No.
I have no personal testimony, no hard evidence, and if I went by anecdotal evidence then I would have to believe in the existence of every being ever mentioned because they all have their supposed eyewitnesses.

ghosts, not so much. Spiritual being that we seek to explain, yes.

From the posts I've seen in here I theorize that more Louisianans believe in UFOs/aliens than ghosts.

How many people here believe in ghosts?
I believe in a thing called love
Just listen to the rhythm of my heart
There's a chance we could make it now
We'll be rocking 'til the sun goes down
I believe in a thing called love
Ooh!

My fiancee (no pics) swears she hears stuff in our house... usually a little girl or something screaming upstairs..or footsteps as though someone is walking upstairs. Just this morning she told me she heard louder footsteps upstairs in the middle of the night. She went upstairs to find the kids asleep.
The kids sometimes say they hear things too. Usually it's 2-3 times a week that it gets brought up about something heard..and it's never more then something heard, but the catch is that I have never once heard anything. I chalk it up as they're all scared of the night or something. Lol. The house is about 20 years old and no one has ever died in it.
