I mean, gun violence is very common. South Chicago, Baltimore, New Orleans, etc etc...
And these should be considered mass shootings as well. A drive-by to take out 10 of your gang enemies because they represent something different than you is the same as shooting someone over differing religious beliefs. Both should be considered hate crimes.
