I use the Headspace app during work days (usually after lunch). I really enjoy it and have found it to be effective and useful. It really calms me down during hectic periods and it helps me tackle my tasks for the latter portion of my day.

increased self determination, streamlined thought processes, ability to cope with stressful situations and work drama, S/O drama, better focus.

Grasshopper, you have to verbalize it as 7 syllables if you do it right.

I think most people fo some form of meditating. Maybe in not th traditional sense you would see on a movie or something,

My meditating is me putting in some ear buds, hoping on my fixie bike, and cruising down streets I've never rode down or it's been decades. I let my mind wander and before long (15-20min) my mind is pretty much clear and I'm zoned out.

That's my way of meditating: and it works wonders for me. I've learned through meditation that I was always holding on to uneeded stress and that I was much more angry than I needed to be

I don't know if it's true meditation, but after lunch, I walk about 1-2 miles. I usually let my mind drift during that time. I've found I am much more relaxed and can handle stress better. I can tell that I'm more stressed on days when I cannot walk at lunch.

That's actually a legit form on meditation called walking meditation. I know super inventive name for it right.

Like someone else mentioned, I think most people do some sort of meditation in their own way although guessing that most people could also do much more.

For example, I try to focus on breathing and other exercises/stretching that are in a more quiet place than my gym/basketball type exercising. However, I recently tried a type of Yoga/Pilates class that ended with 10 minutes of meditation. My body felt so calm and stress free for the rest of the day. It was a calmness that I feel like I haven't felt in years, which makes me want to try it again to see if it was a fluke or not.
