Sit in a chair with arms, get an oversized full soup can (Progresso). Lay your arm flat on the arm of the chair with your wrist hanging over the end with the soup can in it. move the soup can around while keeping your arm flat on the chair arm. 10 minutes a day for a couple of weeks and you will be golden.
I got this advice from a coworker who was ina motorcycle accident in college and lost an arm and leg. He had it bad in his remaining arm from the stress and strain of his walking crutch.

And what the hell helps It? Ive had it for the 1st time for about 3 or 4 weeks now and it's miserable. Wakes me up when I roll over on that side etc. Ive been icing or every night with little/no improvement
Terrible stuff that I got occasionally in high school when I played too much. I just had to completely layoff tennis for a week or two and it got better. I sometimes played through it and legit could not pick up my arm at the end of a session. Not a smart move.

Had golf elbow bad enough once in my early twenties so badly that I couldn't lift for a couple weeks. I sat on my arse and did nothing for a month and it went away

Surgery fixed mine after all else failed.

I had the surgery for golfer's elbow following many cortizone shots. Now, I have tennis elbow in the same elbow. I wear a brace when working out and it has contained it. I hope I am not heading for another surgery.

The tennis elbow wrap things help a lot. Ice first day (which has passed now) and then heat. Massage helps too.
OTC Naprosyn helps a lot 1 or 2 every 12 hours. Can be tough on your stomach, eat something with it.
I am not a doctor, but I had this for a while a while back.

I had tennis elbow from pulling too many teeth
Went to Honduras (up in the mountains) a few years back on a medical mission trip. Took a dentist with us and had a tiny Lady Honduran dentist wit us too. In 5 days, we saw 4500 patients. Our Dentist crapped out on the third day, but the Honduran dentist kept plugging away and never stopped. About the only treatment for dental problems, which were terrible was to pull the tooth. (many adults had never seen a doctor or dentist). People would ask if the dentist could pull all of their teeth.
The lady dentist pulled right at 1000 teeth that week.

Unfortunately, time is the best healer with that injury. Try stretching and ice as well. Won’t help much now, but there are exercises you can do at the gym to help prevent it.

My first gig out of dental school was in a denture clinic. It was pretty common to pull 30-40 in a day.

I had tennis elbow really bad for over a year. After trying several different things that didn't help at all, I ordered a Theraband flex bar off of Amazon. It actually worked. I would definitely recommend it.

I had a severe case which is now a mild case. I am assuming it will keep getting better.
I didn't go to the doctor and performed no specific treatments.
I've just been purposely not overusing it.
It's been a few months now.

Family doc has been treating mine with steroids, shots, braces ect for the last year or so, after the treatments seemed to be less and less effective I went to a orthopedic. MRI showed two pinched nerves in my neck last week, I have a follow up with a spine surgeon next week to look at my options.

Would be sad to live in a country where pulling them is the standard treatment. This from an old guy with several crowns. However none come out, so I have that going for me. Nice strong pain free teeth are a blessing.
With help from a young college student translator, I did triage on our medical trip. Would love to go back. Incredible experience.

One or two Airrosti treatments and you will be pain free.
