Someone already mentioned it, but using a TheraBand helped tremendously with my tennis elbow. Within a couple of weeks it was pretty much gone. Looks stupid, doesn't seem like it is doing anything, but it is stretching something out.

First question they asked me was, do you sleep on it?
Sure enough, stopped sleeping on that side and it finally healed a bit. It wasn't the cause, but it was making it much worse.

Plus one on the Thera-band exercises cured my golfers elbow over a few months.

A small compression "brace" about two inches wide used just below the elbow also helped quite a bit.

Ask Dr about Duexis. Has helped with carpal tunnel and tennis elbow

Duexis is ibuprofen and Pepcid, 2 otc meds that when combined into 1 pill suddenly costs over $1000 for a 1 month supply.

The correct answer to the op is ice and anti inflammatories (2 alleve twice a day or 800 mg ibuprofen 3x/day), stretching the extensor muscles of the forearm, wearing a tennis elbow band - just make sure you place the pad a couple inches below the elbow and not directly over the most painful spot, and if that doesn’t work PT can help. A steroid shot from an Ortho can sometimes work wonders, and sometimes surgery is necessary.

I have gotten it from fishing so much a few different times. It does suck. The band helps a good bit and there are exercises you can do to help.

Time and stop what you did to hurt it is the best thing. The first time I had it, it took a while to get better

You’re prob doing it wrong. I’ve never come across a decent player who has ever had this

With the necessary insult out of the way, yes see an orthopedist or a PT It’s basically tendinitis
