I love a small pour of bourbon when I'm done for the day. I'll sip on it while cooking dinner or helping the kids do things. Or relaxing on the back porch with a fire to wind down. I don't think a couple ounces are poisoning me.

We all have a few bad habits. I've cut down considerably recently. I was only drinking 2 beers a night but it was still enough to negatively impact my sleep. I drink because I like to and want to and am aware of the damage it does my body. I've had 2 drinks since January 1 so doing a lot better with it.

I used to more days than not but I’ve cut way back, now just Fri and Sat, sometimes on Wed to break up the monotony of week, but only a couple then. For health and overall stuff.
