7-5 M-F with a hour and a half lunch a day

45 to 50. I really notice it if I only work 40 which is what happens if there's a holiday or something else that messes up overtime.
The OT thing is a trade-off. I'm okay with a heavy week here and there but too much OT and you never have time to enjoy the money; not enough OT and there's no extra money to do what you want during the off time.

I work either Mon-Thur 6AM-4:30PM off on Friday or Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30 PM.
We are salary plus OT. When we get busy we work M-Th 6-4:30 and 6-2:30 on Fri.

Well, I generally come in at least fifteen minutes late, ah, I use the side door - that way Lumbergh can't see me, heh - after that I sorta space out for an hour. Yeah, I just stare at my desk, but it looks like I'm working. I do that for probably another hour after lunch too, I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work.

quote:I'm probably not understanding you but isn't that 49 hours in 1 week and 40 in the other, for a total of 89? It would be eight 10 hours shifts and one 9 hour shift.
I work a 9-80 schedule.
7 till 5
With every other Friday off and leave an hour early on the Friday you work.

It was 60-70 on my current project. But they've been trying to complete a 4 year construction project in under 2 years. So it's been way more than usual. And I've also been compensated very well, and this year will probably make double what I usually earn. I've managed to save a ton of money lately.
But my next job will probably be 40-50 hours a week. But the more zeros in the project cost, the more hours I usually ends up working. Any more then 50 starts to be a bitch.

Roughly 35-40, rarely ever over 40.
If you mean actual work done...not much?

I always find it funny when you see those in some sort of leadership always bragging or talking about how if it weren't for them, their department would fall apart. They say that like it's a good thing, and they're soooooo valuable as a result. Personally, I think that's the mark of a really subpar leader. A truly good leader is going to train and ensure everyone can do the job and the place can run very smoothly in their option. That's what i created, and my job is super easy as a result.

And I am working on my MBA at night afterwards.
I drink enough coffee to fuel a small village.
