I can't function without at least 7.

Any fewer and I'm a grouch and unproductive at work the next day.

Don't understand how some people can function with 4 hours and loads of coffee.

Inb4 3.50 hours or I bet you don't have kids.

Usually in bed around 1030. Asleep around 12-1230. Up at 545. So 5 1/2-6ish hours. Sometimes a little more sometimes a little less. Especially when there is a late night game I want to watch like tonight

If I get 3-4 uninterrupted I’m good and I don’t drink coffee or much caffeine. I’m usually in bed for about 7 hours.

I got about 4 1/2 last night. Usually five or six. I rarely sleep more than 6 1/2 or 7. I wish I could.

7 during the week, less on weekends. Our 1 year old is sleeping throughout the night so most of those 7 are uninterrupted; however, he wakes up at 5:45-6am regardless of the day so there is no sleeping in on weekends.

anywhere from 4 to 8 hours. On the weekends I usually get the 4 hours because of drinking/hunting/fishing

5-6 of actual sleep if I am lucky. If I didnt have kids, wife, job, etc.. Id probably sleep 8 hrs a day easy

My dad sleeps about 4 hrs a night, wakes up at 3:30 every day, reads paper, walks 3 miles, goes to church, then opens his business. Mad man. When he was young he used to sleep like 2-4 a night

If I could consistently get 7, I would be in much better shape. I probably average a shade over 6.

Plus, I got used to that, which you aren't supposed to do, so it is a fight to get more. It's a daily struggle.
