Podcasts and Spotify (previously Pandora and Slacker) exclusively for a few years now.
Have not turned on the radio in forever. I guess it's on one station all the time, I'm just not listening.

I switch between two, but they are next to each other when you press "seek".

I pay for Spotify, but I just switched to a car without AV plug and I hate the FM transmitter I have. So I might cancel.

There is exactly one good radio station here, so that's why it's never moving from it.
Also even the ESPN Radio station doesn't come in very well in most parts of the city.

I change between the NPR feeds of LA and MS. MPR is great sometimes, but other times I have to hit up the LA stations (mornings, afternoon and weekends). Always listen to Rush around lunch to round it all out though.
