Serious question. Is there any tuff wars in terms of selling to white people? What I mean is, if there was a gang that sold to white people and I was head of another gang, I would want to try to limit the amount of white people who buy from them then take over selling to the white people.

This article mentions these two:

FnD
3nG

New Orleans gangs are unique.

Bolden estimated there are "around 50" gangs in New Orleans, though he noted his number is based on data that's outdated by a year or two. Most of those gangs have 10 people or less, with only about five gangs comprised of 30 or more members.

NOLA.com

Do they still have "Cut Boys"?

saw a nasty brawl back in the day ... the Canal Villere Bag Boyz were trying to steal the Transcontinental turf from the Zuppardo Clan. Your Schweggman boyz came in for back-up and mowed down the CVBB'z with street sweepers and Mac 10's. Someone called 911 from Scotty's Cleaners and the JPSO ran the other way the Canal Villere gang ended up leaving town as 50 Fathoms took over the block

13th all but cleaned up. Back in the day the little section of the 13th behind Oschner Baptist between Robertson and Willow used to be the hot spot but all the gentrification from the Freret corridor all but cleaned it up the last decade
