I have a friend who does hair and makeup for tons of actors so I can probably narrow it down to my friend did so and so's hair/makeup who was in X movie with Bacon. If he hasn't done Bacon's hair himself, which is possible.

My stepmom was friends with Andie MacDowell growing up, who was in a movie (Beauty Shop) with Kevin Bacon. So 3.
It looks like a friend from high school was in Transformers and a chick from that movie was also in Beauty Shop with Kevin Bacon, so 3 again.
