If today, and I show up cold, with a two minute warm-up I should hit 90 of 100 free throws. No exaggeration. I won basketball shooting gold medals in the Senior Olympics when I didn't have a goal or place to practice. When young I hit 164 consecutive. The only reason to miss 10 would be fatigue factor.
Went to a school fair a few years ago and if you hit a free throw you would enter a drawing for an autographed Saints football. I hit 5 of 6 with no warm-up at all, and left the sixth hanging on the front rim. Hadn't shot a ball in at least 10 years.

I think I could do the half court one but not free throws. I feel much more comfortable shooting with everything I got compared to trying to put touch on the ball. I can J it from half court but can’t make shite around the actual basket.

Yeah, but I wouldn't be exhausted from running up and down the court.
It's hard to maintain consistency when your legs and arms are tired from playing. Those same top free throws shooters would shoot 5-10% higher if they were in practice.
