I'd spend a $100 trying with the expectation that I probably wouldn't come within 100 feet of the bucket. It would still be pretty entertaining.

Just trying to cover all the bases. My buddy thought he could tear up the piece of paper into confetti and let it fly, hoping one piece would drift into the bucket somehow.

Then you need to revise your rules, no where does it say that you cant leave the original spot before releasing the paper, only that you cant move once the paper has left your hand, jackass

One attempt.
I simply hire 300 people at $50 each, I line them up and hand them the paper and instruct them to pass it on. They're on a need to know7 basis and that $50 would buy them a bit of 7th Ward hash.

That guy is throwing from a flat surface, though. In this situation you're up in the stands. Elevation makes it a totally different story. I agree it's super unlikely that you'd hit a bucket, infact I'd probably guess that most people could easily go through a whole pack of paper and not get within 15 feet, but it's definitely worth a shot and certainly possible

watch the video. guy had to get some serious height on the throw to utilize downward trajectory for the 226 feet.

Agreed. I said almost impossible, not impossible. Very highly improbable. I’d even say a frick ton never make it out of the stands.
