I understand that is the starting location but your rules do not specify that you can't move from that spot before releasing the paper. They do however specify that you can't move after the paper leaves your hand. You start at the designated spot walk to the bucket and "throw" it in. No rules broken according to the ones you posted, so either revise your rules or I'll take my money in small bills. Oh and quit being a dick just because you didn't pay attention to detail
