Why on earth would you wait? If you got bad service when you got there what makes you think it's going to get better after someone finally takes your order?

I’ve noticed that this is happening much more often at the places that have installed a kiosk for you to place your order on. It’s like they think that if they ignore you long enough, you’ll get aggravated and just use the kiosk.

They probably think, if we ignore this guy long enough he will understand that we don’t want him to eat from here.

I would have been irritated for sure, but I wouldn’t have left, because it would have taken longer to get food anywhere else. I would not have complained either…because I don’t like snot in my food.

Just ask them to point you to the nearest Chick-fil-A.
