Usually about 7-8 minutes, which is why I go home for lunch every day, except the day the maid is there.

15 minutes during season. 10 during the summer. In BTR I lived as close as a 1/4 mile from work and the longest was Bluebonnet. Down Jefferson, was an easy 15 minutes. Screw a long commute.

Two minute walk. Takes longer to drive it.

Why make your commute even worse with this?

10 second walk to the home office.

If I have to go into the office, it’s 893 miles each way.

Outside sales. Thank God I dont have a traditional commute any more. Most depressing thing I’ve ever had to do

2 hours each way. 3 if there is a wreck on the interstate.

Pro tip. If you can, live east of where you work. This avoids minor stress of driving with sun in your face on each commute

Seeing how many people itt drive an hour or more to and from work is eye opening. I couldn't spend 2+hours in my vehicle every day.

maybe that's why this board is full of grouchy old fricks

I'm probably more like 5 seconds - I do have a regular office that I'll go to once in a while - it's about 5 minutes away.
